The payload of the additional axis is 120kg and impresses with a compact design as a stable and high-quality construction. Components are quickly and always centrically clamped by means of a 200mm 3-jaw chuck. The hollow axis allows the positioner to be optionally equipped with a forming gas supply. Additional inputs\/outputs for fixtures or similar on the external axis are also possible. For integration, a few connections are made in the robot control cabinet and small adjustments are made in the robot installation. After that, the external axis can be controlled from the robot program using the supplied commands. The supplied example programs make it easy to get started. It is possible to connect several positioners to your robot.
