An additional axis for Universal Robots collaborating robots. To extend the reach of the Universal Robots UR3, UR5, UR10, OH-au2mate offers a modular linear axis which can be delivered with a standard length of 2m to 12m. All necessary connections are included and easy to integrate. The supplied URCap for your robot (CB-series or e-series) automatically integrates the axis into the controller and allows easy programming via the UR control panel. The axis has an additional collision protection to ensure the safety of the system, well visible LED light always shows the status of the axis.
The positioning axis is ready for use in many applications, e.g. welding, cutting, component handling or for equipping one or more machines. The additional axis slideONE moves the robot with a speed of up to 300mm/s. The repeatability of the axis is +- 0.05mm.
