The positioner rotateZero for the Universal Robot of OH-au2mate is a consequent extension for your robot for MIG/MAG/WIG welding, oxyfuel/plasma cutting or other positioning tasks. There are four different standard sizes of the additional axis with 120kg / 250kg / 500kg / 1000kg, this convinces by a compact design as a stable and high-quality construction. By means of 3-jaw chucks, components are clamped quickly and always centrically. In addition, a face plate is available for flanging jigs. Due to the hollow axis, the positioner can optionally be equipped with a forming gas supply. Additional inputs/outputs for fixtures or similar on the external axis are also possible. For integration, only a few connections in the robot control cabinet and small adaptations in the robot installation are required. Afterwards the axis can be controlled by means of supplied commands from the robot program. Sample programs are provided to simplify the first steps.
