The operateSIMPLE control panel is a simple solution for starting and stopping a Universal Robots UR3, UR5, UR10 or UR16 (CB series and e series) at the touch of a button. A switch for free function assignment and an emergency stop are also provided as standard. The control panel is simply plug & play connected to the robot controller via the supplied mounting plate with I/O plugs. All necessary connections are prepared and described in the instructions. The functions of the individual control elements are defined in the robot software Example configurations can also be found in the operating instructions and on the USB stick included in the scope of delivery. The Start and Stop buttons are equipped with LED lighting, which can be used to integrate intelligent feedback. Additional buttons and potentiometers can be added to the control panel on request. Of course it is also possible to use the control panel for other machines, please contact us for possible adaptations.
