The control panel operateSIMPLE is a simple solution to start or stop a Universal Robot UR3, UR5, UR10 or UR16 (CB series as well as e-series) by pressing a button. A switch for free function assignment and an emergency stop are also standard features. The control panel is simply connected Plug & Play to the robot controller via the supplied mounting plate with I/O connectors. All necessary connections are prepared and described in the manual. The functions of the individual control elements are defined in the robot software Example configurations are also found in the operating instructions and on the USB stick included in the scope of delivery. The Start and Stop buttons are equipped with LED lighting, which can be used to integrate intelligent feedback. On request you can add further buttons and also potentiometers to the control panel. Of course it is also possible to use the control panel for other machines. For possible adjustments please contact us.
