The operateONE control panel is a simple solution to start or stop a Universal Robot UR3, UR5 or UR10 (CB series as well as e-series) by pressing a button. A push button, a potentiometer for free function assignment and an emergency stop are also standard features. The operating panel is simply connected Plug & Play to the robot controller via the supplied mounting plate. All necessary connections are prepared and described in the manual. The functions of the individual control elements are defined in the robot software Example configurations are also found in the operating instructions and on the USB stick included in the scope of delivery. The buttons are equipped with an LED ring with an intelligent feedback. A special highlight is the mounting of the robot operating panel. It can be mounted directly in the field of vision with an optimal inclination and can be removed. Thus all operating actions can be performed from one place and machine states can be visualized at any time. On request, additional buttons and potentiometers can be added to the control panel. Optionally, you can get an extension to add the external remote controls of welding machines. Of course it is also possible to use the control panel for other machines.
