An additional axis for collaborative robots from Universal Robots. To extend the reach of the Universal Robots UR3, UR5, UR10, OH-au2mate offers a modular linear axis which can be supplied with a standard length of 2m to 12m. All required connections are included and easy to integrate. The supplied URCap for your robot (CB series or e series) automatically integrates the axis into the controller and enables simple programming via the UR control panel. The axis has additional collision protection to ensure the safety of the system, and a clearly visible LED light always shows the status of the axis. The positioning axis is ready for use in many applications, e.g. for welding, cutting, component handling or for loading one or more machines. The additional axis slideONE moves the robot at a speed of up to 300mm/s. The repeat accuracy of the axis is +- 0.05mm.
