The 2-axis rotateONE positioner for the Universal Robot from OH-au2mate is a logical extension for your robot for MIG/MAG/WIG welding, oxyfuel/plasma cutting or other positioning tasks. The payload of the additional axis is 120kg or 240kg and impresses with its compact design as a stable and high-quality construction. Components are clamped quickly and always centrically using a 200mm 3-jaw chuck. Thanks to the hollow axis, the positioner can optionally be equipped with a forming gas supply, and additional inputs/outputs for pre-sealing or similar are also possible on the external axis. A few connections in the robot control cabinet and small adaptations in the robot installation are required for integration. The axis can then be controlled from the robot program using the commands supplied. The example programs supplied simplify the first steps.
