The operateONE control panel is a simple solution for starting and stopping a Universal Robot UR3, UR5 or UR10 (CB series and e series) at the push of a button. A button, a potentiometer for free function assignment, and an emergency stop are also included as standard. The control panel is simply connected to the robot controller via the supplied mounting plate using plug & play. All the necessary connections are prepared and described in the instructions. The function of the individual control elements are defined in the robot software. Example configurations can also be found in the operating instructions and on the USB stick included in the scope of delivery. The buttons are equipped with an LED light ring, which can be used to integrate intelligent feedback. A special feature is the robot operating panel. It can be mounted directly in the field of vision at an optimal angle. This means that all operations can be carried out from one location and machine statuses can be visualized at any time. On request, you can add further buttons and potentiometers to the control panel. Optionally, you can add an extension to the external remote controls of welding machines.
